Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects including planning, timelines, budget, and risks
- Coordinate with business teams, IT teams, and vendors and share updates on progress and risks
- Lead ERP/CRM, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and AI projects ensuring compliance and standards
- Work with developers and engineers to ensure quality work and implementation
- Follow Agile or Waterfall and support team guidance and process improvement
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Technical background in Linux and programming (Java or similar)
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Japanese (Native or JLPT N1)
- Good English communication skills
