Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end delivery of telecom projects including network rollout, app/platform, or system integration 
• Work closely with frontend, backend, and integration teams to ensure alignment 
• Break down requirements into tasks and ensure teams understand what needs to be done 
• Track daily and weekly progress and ensure actual execution is happening 
• Identify risks early such as delays, dependency issues, and vendor gaps and resolve them 

Requirements:

• 4–10 years of experience in telecom project management 
• Strong understanding of telecom domain including 4G/5G, network, mobile apps, OSS/SS 
• Comfortable working between frontend, backend, and integration teams 
• Experience in managing large-scale or digital transformation projects 
• Good at handling multiple stakeholders and understanding technical discussions (no coding required) 
• Japanese JLPT N1 and above, Business English
