How We Hire
Four steps, usually wrapped up inside two to three weeks. You will speak to the people you would actually work with.
1. Apply

2. Intro Call
A 30-minute conversation about your background, language levels and what you want next.
3. Team Interview
Meet the desk you would join at our Aoyama office, in person or online, and ask anything.
4. Offer & Join
Written offer with clear targets, then onboarding onto your desk with a named mentor.
