Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Developing and maintaining project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and tracking progress.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams, often in a matrix environment, to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Communication: Facilitating effective communication, both written and verbal, in both Japanese and English, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal):
•Strong Project Management Skills: Experience in managing projects, preferably in the relevant industry or domain, including knowledge of project management methodologies.
•Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, and build strong relationships.
•Technical Knowledge: Depending on the industry or project type, technical knowledge or experience may be required.
•Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risks, and make informed decisions.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Must be able to work effectively both individually and collaboratively.
•Experience with project management tools: Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools is often expected.
•Tools – iSTAR (is similar to Broadridge), Fedessa, Compliance tools
