Job Description
Role Overview: Seeking an experienced bilingual Global Project Manager to lead the rollout of the ServiceNow ITSM tool across 5 regions, covering nearly 200 sites, 38,000 users, and over 50,000 devices.
Key Responsibilities:
> Manage end-to-end global rollout of ServiceNow ITSM
> Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders
> Ensure successful implementation of modules including:
- Incident Management
- Service Request
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Knowledge Management
> Track progress, manage risks/issues, and deliver within timelines
Requirements:
o Proven global project management experience
o Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules listed above
o Excellent communication and coordination skills
o Bilingual: English and Japanese (business level or higher)
