Job Description

This role is for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead cloud and infrastructure-related projects in a global delivery environment. This role involves close coordination with clients and cross-border technical teams while managing project execution, stakeholder communication, and delivery operations across enterprise infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and cloud transformation projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer expectations are met 
• Coordinate with domestic and offshore technical teams to manage project execution and operational activities effectively 
• Engage with clients to understand business challenges, define project scope, and support solution proposal activities 
• Prepare project plans, progress updates, and presentation materials for stakeholders and executive reporting 
• Support team management activities, including communication alignment, collaboration improvement, and mentoring junior project members

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing or leading IT-related projects 
• Practical experience working on infrastructure or cloud-focused environments 
• Strong ability to coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution 
• Experience using PowerPoint 
• Japanese skill: JLPT N3 or above
• English skill: Business

Welcome Skills:

• Experience handling AWS or Azure cloud-related projects and infrastructure environments
• Exposure to offshore collaboration and coordination with global technical teams
• PMP, PMBOK, ITIL, or similar project management certifications are preferred
