Job Description

The role is about leading complex enterprise technology initiatives from planning through successful delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align business objectives with execution strategies, and ensure programs achieve expected outcomes in a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale IT implementation programs and serve as the primary point of contact for project execution.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to define program plans, oversee RAID activities, and maintain delivery milestones.
• Translate business requirements into practical solution designs while providing strategic direction to implementation teams.
• Manage schedules, scope, and interdependencies across internal departments and external partners to ensure successful execution.
• Track overall program performance, resolve delivery risks, and encourage continuous process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience delivering enterprise package implementation projects with strong knowledge of the SDLC lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success in managing large digital transformation initiatives using Agile practices and modern project management tools.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to guide technical and functional teams while handling multiple priorities effectively.
• Japanese Skills: Native or JLPT N1
• English Skills: Business

主な職務内容：

大規模IT導入プログラムを主導し、プロジェクト実行における主要な窓口となります。

ビジネスステークホルダーと連携してプログラム計画を策定し、RAID（リスク評価、リスク分析、リスク評価）活動を監督し、導入マイルストーンを維持します。

ビジネス要件を実用的なソリューション設計に落とし込み、導入チームに戦略的な方向性を示します。

社内各部門および外部パートナー間のスケジュール、スコープ、相互依存関係を管理し、プロジェクトの成功を確実にします。

プログラム全体のパフォーマンスを追跡し、導入リスクを解決し、プロジェクトライフサイクル全体を通して継続的なプロセス改善を促進します。

要件：

SDLC（ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル）に関する深い知識を持ち、エンタープライズパッケージ導入プロジェクトを15以上手掛けた経験。

アジャイル開発手法と最新のプロジェクト管理ツールを用いた大規模なデジタルトランスフォーメーションイニシアチブの管理実績。

複数の優先事項を効果的に処理しながら、技術チームと機能チームを指導できる、優れた分析力。

日本語能力：ネイティブレベルまたは日本語能力試験N1レベル

英語能力：ビジネスレベル
