Job Description

Seeking an experienced Web Marketing professional to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition and business growth. The role involves driving strategic campaigns, optimizing performance through KPI analysis, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maximize marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage marketing initiatives from planning through execution, performance review, and continuous optimization 
• Develop and implement promotional strategies across multiple digital channels and media platforms 
• Monitor campaign effectiveness through KPI tracking and analytical evaluation to improve overall results 
• Direct creative production activities including landing pages, LPO, and EFO improvements to enhance user conversion 
• Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, and external business partners to ensure smooth project execution 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in web marketing within either in-house or client-facing environments 
• Strong understanding of digital promotion planning, campaign operations, and KPI-driven marketing activities 
• Experience utilizing data analysis to improve customer acquisition and promotional performance 
• Knowledge of web advertising channels including SNS, listing, and display advertising campaigns 
• Ability to collaborate across teams while adapting quickly to changing business priorities 
• Japanese skills: JLPT N3 or above
• English skiils: Business
