This role focuses on driving AI and digital transformation initiatives by improving operations, introducing IT tools, and supporting their adoption across teams. It involves working with management and business teams to ensure smooth implementation and promote the effective use of generative AI in daily work. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives to improve operations and support digital transformation 
• Help teams adopt new IT tools in a clear and practical way
• Promote the practical use of generative AI in daily tasks 
• Coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on track 
• Support training efforts to improve tool adoption across teams 

Requirements:

• Experience in process improvement or IT tool implementation 
• Ability to support teams in adopting new systems 
• Practical experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) 
• Business-level English communication 
• Native-level Japanese

• チーム全体でのツール活用を促進するためのトレーニングを支援する

応募資格：

• 業務改善またはITツール導入の経験
• チームが新しいシステムを導入する際のサポート能力
• 生成型AIツール（例：ChatGPT）の実務経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力
• ネイティブレベルの日本語能力
