Job Description
This role is mainly about growing the business by handling important client accounts and finding new customers. The work includes understanding client needs, and suggesting the right cloud solutions. It also involves client relationships, expanding current business, and bringing in new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise accounts within the assigned territory to drive consistent revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Connect with senior leaders to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Build plans for important accounts, follow up on leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and customer support.
- Kept track of sales progress, future opportunities, and shared regular updates on performance.
Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of experience in sales
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
- Good to have experience in cloud sales
- Ability to understand business needs
- Japanese: Native / JLPT N2 and above
- English: Business
