Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the PMO, overseeing SAP-related projects across multiple business functions.
• Define and enforce project governance frameworks, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
• Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets, and report on project performance to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with project managers to mitigate risks and resolve issues, ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects.
• Establish and maintain best practices for SAP project management, including documentation, change management, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, providing transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Required: Excellent communicator with sound experience in Japanese speaking, reading, and writing.

職務内容：

• PMOを主導・管理し、複数の事業部門にわたるSAP関連プロジェクトを統括する。
• プロジェクトガバナンスフレームワークを策定・実施し、プロジェクトが効率的に実行され、事業目標と整合していることを保証する。
• プロジェクトのマイルストーン、スケジュール、予算を追跡し、経営陣にプロジェクトのパフォーマンスを報告する。
• プロジェクトマネージャーと連携し、リスクを軽減し、課題を解決することで、SAPプロジェクトの成功裡の完了を確実にする。
• ドキュメント作成、変更管理、リソース配分など、SAPプロジェクト管理におけるベストプラクティスを確立・維持する。
• ステークホルダーとの関係を構築・維持し、プロジェクトライフサイクル全体を通して透明性と説明責任を確保する。
• 必須条件：優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、日本語での会話、読み書きに十分な経験があること。
