Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of SAP projects across all phases, from planning through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Lead module setup and enhancements within SAP SD, MM, and FICO to align with business needs.
• Translate business requirements into effective functional solutions and system designs.
• Plan and oversee testing activities to ensure system quality and performance.
• Drive process improvements by refining business workflows and maintaining relevant documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Strong experience in SAP projects with strong knowledge of SD, MM, or FICO modules.
• Solid understanding of business processes across sales, procurement, and finance.
• Ability to lead solution design and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Experience coordinating testing efforts and working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (Japanese JLPT N1 preferred).

• 計画段階から導入、稼働後のサポートまで、SAPプロジェクトの全フェーズにおける実行を主導する。
• ビジネスニーズに合わせて、SAP SD、MM、FICOモジュールのセットアップと機能強化を主導する。
• ビジネス要件を効果的な機能ソリューションとシステム設計に落とし込む。
• システムの品質とパフォーマンスを確保するために、テスト活動を計画・監督する。
• 業務ワークフローの改善と関連ドキュメントの維持管理を通じて、プロセス改善を推進する。

応募資格：

• SAPプロジェクトにおける豊富な経験、特にSD、MM、FICOモジュールに関する深い知識。
• 販売、調達、財務におけるビジネスプロセスに関する確かな理解。
• ソリューション設計を主導し、プロジェクトの成功に貢献できる能力。
• テスト活動の調整経験、およびクロスファンクショナルチームとの緊密な連携経験。
• 優れた分析力とコミュニケーション能力（日本語能力試験N1レベル以上が望ましい）。
