The role is about overseeing complex business technology initiatives, bringing teams together, managing resources, and ensuring smooth execution while keeping project goals, budgets, and business expectations on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large SAP and enterprise application programs, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business goals.
• Prepare delivery plans, set up reporting processes, monitor progress, and keep senior management informed about important updates and decisions.
• Coordinate with clients, business teams, technical teams, and project managers to manage priorities and resolve delivery challenges.
• Monitor budgets, team capacity, project dependencies, and potential risks while managing changes across multiple projects.
• Guide cross-functional teams, coordinate global delivery activities, and work with external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Strong background in managing complex IT projects and large-scale SAP or enterprise application transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage project plans, budgets, resources, delivery risks, and multiple teams while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience leading global teams and working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methods; PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
• Japanese skill: Native Japanese / JLPT N1
• English skill: Business

【要件】

• 複雑なITプロジェクトおよび大規模なSAPまたはエンタープライズアプリケーションの変革イニシアチブの管理に関する豊富な経験。
• プロジェクト計画、予算、リソース、デリバリーリスク、および複数のチームを管理し、クライアントおよびステークホルダーとの良好な関係を維持できる能力。
• グローバルチームを率いた経験、およびアジャイル、ウォーターフォール、またはハイブリッド型のプロジェクト手法を用いた経験。PMP、PgMP、PRINCE2、または同等の資格をお持ちの方を優遇します。
• 日本語能力：ネイティブレベル／日本語能力試験N1レベル
