Job Description
The role is about managing strategic customer relationships, expanding business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the energy sector. It involves market engagement, partnership development, sales planning, and collaboration with internal teams to support long-term commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, utility providers, and key industry stakeholders to support business expansion initiatives.
- Create and execute sales strategies that generate a healthy pipeline of opportunities across short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support partner growth, improve customer engagement, and ensure effective account management practices.
- Assess client requirements, prepare commercial proposals, conduct presentations, and facilitate negotiations to secure business opportunities.
- Deliver market intelligence, sales projections, and customer feedback to leadership and cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in account management, business development, or B2B sales environments.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy solutions, battery technologies, and electricity market dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience developing customer relationships, driving commercial growth, and achieving sales objectives.
- Japanese Skills: Native Level
