Job Description
The role is for managing and improving retail technology operations across multiple store locations while supporting business-focused IT initiatives. It involves close coordination with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient store systems and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle store technology operations including POS environment management, store setup activities, and coordination with connected business platforms
- Support stable functioning of retail applications by resolving operational issues and driving continuous service improvements
- Participate in enhancement initiatives related to retail systems, infrastructure upgrades, and deployment of new technology solutions
- Work with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and support testing, rollout planning, and stabilization activities
- Coordinate with vendors, regional teams, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of retail IT initiatives and progress updates
Responsibilities:
- Background in supporting technology functions for chain stores or distributed business environments
- Familiarity with cashiering/store operation platforms and involvement in system rollout or operational improvement initiatives
- Capability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners while contributing to technology-driven business initiatives
- Japanese skill: JLPT N1 or above
- English skill: Business
