Job Description

The role is about driving digital product initiatives from concept to launch by working closely with technical and business teams. You will shape product direction, improve customer value, and support continuous business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define long-term product direction and build practical execution roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and validate business needs.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, including backlog prioritization, MVP planning, and release coordination.
• Track product performance through KPIs and recommend improvements based on measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support product positioning and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience leading software development initiatives from planning through production release.
• Engineering background with experience in large-scale system development and requirements definition.
• Hands-on experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and coordinating with technical stakeholders.
• Japanese Skills: Native or JLPT N1 above
• English Skills: Business

【主な職務内容】

• 長期的な製品方向性を定義し、ビジネス目標に沿った実践的な実行ロードマップを作成します。
• ユーザーリサーチとデータ分析を実施し、改善機会を特定し、ビジネスニーズを検証します。
• バックログの優先順位付け、MVP（最小実行可能製品）の計画、リリース調整など、エンドツーエンドの製品提供を主導します。
• KPIを用いて製品パフォーマンスを追跡し、測定可能な成果に基づいて改善策を提案します。
• クロスファンクショナルなステークホルダーと協力し、製品のポジショニングと市場投入イニシアチブを支援します。

【応募資格】

• 3以上の製品管理経験、または計画段階から製品リリースまでソフトウェア開発イニシアチブを主導した同等の経験。
• 大規模システム開発および要件定義の経験を持つエンジニアリングバックグラウンド。
• 製品バックログの管理、機能の優先順位付け、技術ステークホルダーとの連携に関する実務経験。
• 日本語能力：ネイティブレベルまたは日本語能力試験N1以上
• 英語能力：ビジネスレベル
