Job Description
This position focuses on driving growth through strategic partner engagement, aligning joint initiatives, and ensuring measurable business outcomes. The role involves managing partner performance while strengthening collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of joint go-to-market approaches with assigned partners
- Establish structured business planning cycles, including quarterly and annual alignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, including senior leadership levels
- Work closely with internal teams to expand partner-driven opportunities and business impact
- Drive partner enablement through training sessions, workshops, and collaborative initiatives
- Assess partner performance and implement targeted strategies to improve overall results
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales within the IT industry
- Strong understanding of the Japanese system integrator ecosystem
- Proven ability to coordinate and influence multiple stakeholders to achieve partner success
- Experience managing negotiations with system integrators and technical stakeholders, including pre-sales involvement
- Japanese skills: Native or JLPT N1
- English skills: Business
