Job Description

This role is focused on supporting global connectivity and enterprise infrastructure operations across multiple regions. The position involves maintaining secure communication environments, managing authentication systems, and ensuring reliable network performance for international office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain enterprise network systems including switching, routing, firewall, VPN, and wireless environments
• Identify and resolve network interruptions while ensuring stable and efficient connectivity across systems
• Perform deployment, setup, and ongoing administration of network infrastructure and communication services
• Implement security measures, monitor network access, and carry out routine maintenance activities
• Track support requests, update technical records, and assist with infrastructure-related onsite support when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in networking or IT infrastructure support
• Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and firewall operations
• Networking certifications or experience with enterprise-level infrastructure technologies will be considered an advantage
• Japanese skills: Native or JLPT N1 
• English skills: Business

• スイッチング、ルーティング、ファイアウォール、VPN、ワイヤレス環境を含むエンタープライズネットワークシステムの監視と保守
• システム全体の安定した効率的な接続を確保しながら、ネットワーク障害を特定し解決
• ネットワークインフラストラクチャおよび通信サービスの導入、セットアップ、および継続的な管理
• セキュリティ対策の実施、ネットワークアクセスの監視、および定期メンテナンスの実施
• サポートリクエストの追跡、技術記録の更新、および必要に応じたインフラストラクチャ関連のオンサイトサポートの支援

要件：

• ネットワークまたはITインフラストラクチャサポートにおける3～5以上の実務経験
• TCP/IP、DNS、DHCP、VPN、ルーティング、ファイアウォール操作などのネットワーク概念に関する深い理解
• ネットワーク関連の資格またはエンタープライズレベルのインフラストラクチャ技術に関する経験は優遇
• 日本語：ネイティブまたは日本語能力試験N1レベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
