Job Description

The role is about to support business transformation initiatives focused on management accounting and enterprise performance management. The role involves collaborating with clients to improve operational efficiency, drive digital transformation strategies, and support system implementation projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business operations and accounting processes to identify improvement opportunities and system challenges 
• Support end-to-end EPM/CPM implementation projects including planning, requirement gathering, system design, testing, and deployment 
• Work closely with stakeholders to enhance management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis processes 
• Conduct business and data analysis to support digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing and service industries 
• Participate in project management activities while coordinating with consultants, engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout implementation phases 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of consulting or system implementation experience related to financial accounting, management accounting, or business management systems 
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working with core enterprise systems such as accounting, sales, production, purchasing, or inventory management systems 
• Experience participating in EPM/CPM package implementation projects is highly preferred 
• Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and enterprise system integration 
• Japanese skill: JLPT N3 or above
• English skill: Business
