Job Description
The role is about creating new business opportunities by identifying customer challenges, developing strategic solutions, and driving AI, IoT, and digital initiatives from concept to successful deal completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across AI, IoT, and digital solution areas.
- Build relationships with new stakeholders and discover potential business needs within target accounts.
- Conduct customer discussions to understand challenges and transform them into business opportunities.
- Develop value propositions, business cases, and solution approaches to support deal creation.
- Lead opportunity management by coordinating internal teams, external partners, and tracking sales pipeline progress.
Requirements:
- Proven background in hunting sales and developing new business opportunities from the ground up.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide business-driven solutions.
- Ability to explain AI, IoT, and digital technologies from a business value perspective.
- Japanese skill: Native or JLPT N1
- English skill: Business
