Job Description
The role is about leading large-scale business system initiatives while ensuring smooth coordination between technical and business stakeholders. This position focuses on delivering transformation projects successfully within a dynamic multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of ERP implementation and modernization programs.
- Coordinate with business units, technology teams, and external partners to align project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and delivery milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify potential challenges proactively and implement mitigation plans to maintain project stability.
- Oversee financial planning, scheduling, and governance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-wide ERP or complex IT initiatives.
- Strong capability in handling project governance, budgeting, scheduling, and risk control.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with both technical specialists and business stakeholders.
- Exposure to global or multicultural working environments with cross-functional collaboration.
- Japanese Skills: Native Level or JLPT N1
- English Skills: Business Level
