Job Description

The role is about enabling data-driven decision-making by building practical solutions that improve business operations. You will work closely with multiple teams to design scalable systems, support process transformation, and encourage effective use of data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain data-driven applications, workflows, and platforms that improve business performance.
• Drive initiatives involving automation, AI adoption, and process optimization from planning through implementation.
• Build sustainable data collection, logging, and measurement frameworks that support long-term business needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver reliable and impactful data projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience developing backend systems or data engineering solutions using SQL and Python.
• Ability to transform unclear business requirements into practical technical solutions while improving operational efficiency.
• Experience working with modern data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, or analytics environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data engineering tools and collaborative development practices.
• Japanese Skills: Native Japanese or JLPT N1.
• English Skills: Business level.

ビジネスパフォーマンスを向上させるデータ駆動型アプリケーション、ワークフロー、プラットフォームの設計、開発、保守を行います。

自動化、AI導入、プロセス最適化に関するイニシアチブを、計画段階から実装段階まで推進します。

長期的なビジネスニーズをサポートする、持続可能なデータ収集、ログ記録、測定フレームワークを構築します。

エンジニアリング、アナリティクス、ビジネスチームと協力し、信頼性が高く、影響力のあるデータプロジェクトを実現します。

【必須要件】

SQLとPythonを用いたバックエンドシステムまたはデータエンジニアリングソリューションの開発経験。

不明確なビジネス要件を、業務効率を向上させながら、実用的な技術ソリューションへと変換する能力。

最新のデータプラットフォーム、ETL/ELTパイプライン、またはアナリティクス環境での実務経験があれば尚可。

クラウドベースのデータエンジニアリングツールと共同開発手法に関する深い理解。

日本語能力：ネイティブレベルまたは日本語能力試験N1レベル。

英語能力：ビジネスレベル。
