Job Description:

This role focuses on leading data-driven decision-making by working with business teams across domestic and international operations. It involves handling large-scale data, supporting business strategy through analysis, and driving end-to-end execution from analysis and design to solution implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and visualize business KPIs 
• Formulate solutions to business issues based on data analysis 
• Provide guidance on data utilization and develop an analysis environment for business sites 
• Support the growth of team members 

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of practical experience in data processing and data analysis using SQL 
• Experience in defining KPI from interviews to business units, proposing improvement measures based on analysis results, and leading verification of effects after implementation 
• Experience in working from hypothesis construction to prioritizing measures and estimating business impact 
• Experience in translating analysis results into business language, making proposals, and building consensus to move projects forward 
• Japanese Native or JLPT N1 can be considered
