Job Description

The role is about transforming business data into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, improve operational performance, and strengthen decision-making through reporting, analytics, and process optimization across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and interpret business data to generate actionable insights and performance reports.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using SQL, BigQuery, and BI platforms to support business operations.
• Enhance data workflows and integration processes to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and recommend data-backed improvements.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of analytics platforms and reporting infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis, including SQL-based data extraction and stakeholder requirement gathering.
• Bachelor\'s degree with the ability to analyze business data, solve problems, and present findings effectively using BI and reporting tools.
• Japanese Skills: Native or JLPT N2 or above
• English Skills: business

【主な職務内容】

• ビジネスデータを収集、処理、解釈し、実用的なインサイトとパフォーマンスレポートを作成します。
• SQL、BigQuery、BIプラットフォームを使用してダッシュボードとレポートソリューションを開発し、業務運営を支援します。
• データワークフローと統合プロセスを強化し、レポートの精度と業務効率を向上させます。
• クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、ビジネスチャンスを特定し、データに基づいた改善策を提案します。
• 分析プラットフォームとレポートインフラストラクチャの保守および強化をサポートします。

【応募資格】

• SQLベースのデータ抽出とステークホルダーの要件収集を含む、ビジネス分析またはデータ分析の実務経験が3以上。
• BIおよびレポートツールを使用して、ビジネスデータを分析し、問題を解決し、結果を効果的に提示できる能力を備えた学士号。
• 日本語：ネイティブまたは日本語能力試験N2以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
