Job Description
Work with project teams to translate customer requirements into solutions. Involves data mapping, ETL scripting, data validation, and resolving migration issues while coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Work with project managers and business consultants to translate customer requirements into solutions
- Create mappings and analyze data for data conversion
- Create data maps, write ETL scripts, validate migrated data, and resolve issues
- Communicate with client technical teams and business owners during design and implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge with experience in queries, joins, and aggregations
- Experience writing transformation scripts and complex case statements
- Business-level English with ability to communicate technically
- Japanese skills (JLPT N1 or above) to discuss complex issues with customers and handle technical terminology
