Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for AWS cloud initiatives, including infrastructure setup, application migration, and cloud-native development.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and communications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop architectural strategies and scalable AWS solutions.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
• Conduct regular project meetings and status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with AWS best practices, security standards, and cost-optimization strategies.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, bottlenecks, and critical paths.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing AWS/cloud-related projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional) are a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

主な職務内容：

• インフラストラクチャの構築、アプリケーションの移行、クラウドネイティブ開発を含む、AWSクラウド関連プロジェクトのエンドツーエンドのプロジェクト管理を主導する。
• ステークホルダーと協力して、プロジェクトの範囲、目標、成果物、スケジュール、リソースを定義する。
• プロジェクトの予算、スケジュール、リスク、コミュニケーションを管理する。
• 技術チームと連携し、アーキテクチャ戦略とスケーラブルなAWSソリューションを開発する。
• 適切なツールと手法（JIRA、Trello、MS Projectなど）を使用してプロジェクトのパフォーマンスを追跡する。
• ステークホルダーおよび経営陣に対し、定期的なプロジェクト会議と進捗状況の報告を行う。
• AWSのベストプラクティス、セキュリティ基準、コスト最適化戦略への準拠を確保する。
• プロジェクトの依存関係、ボトルネック、クリティカルパスを特定し、管理する。

応募資格：

• コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の学士号または修士号。
• 5以上のプロジェクト管理経験（うち少なくとも2年間はAWS/クラウド関連プロジェクトの管理経験）。
• PMP、PRINCE2、またはアジャイル／スクラムの資格をお持ちの方を優遇します。
• AWS認定資格（例：AWS認定ソリューションアーキテクト – アソシエイト／プロフェッショナル）をお持ちの方は特に歓迎します。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、ステークホルダーマネジメント能力、問題解決能力が求められます。
