Job Description

The role is about leading end-to-end quality activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, coordinating global and regional teams, managing testing milestones, and ensuring application readiness through deployment and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish testing frameworks, schedules, quality checkpoints, and resource plans for SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Direct SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing across global, regional, offshore, and onshore teams.
• Track testing progress, dependencies, risks, and issues while providing regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Govern defect prioritization, triage, resolution tracking, and quality reporting in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Coordinate non-functional testing and validate system readiness for cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of testing experience with at least 6 years in test management and 5+ years working on SAP testing programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes with experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, integrations, and qTest is preferred.
• Japanese skill: Native or JLT N1
• English skill: Business

【主な職務内容】

• SAP S/4HANAプログラムのテストフレームワーク、スケジュール、品質チェックポイント、およびリソース計画を策定する。
• グローバル、地域、オフショア、オンショアの各チームにわたるSIT、UAT、回帰テスト、およびパフォーマンステストを指揮する。
• テストの進捗状況、依存関係、リスク、および課題を追跡し、プロジェクト関係者に定期的に最新情報を提供する。
• ビジネスチームおよび技術チームと連携し、欠陥の優先順位付け、トリアージ、解決状況の追跡、および品質レポートを管理する。
• 非機能テストを調整し、カットオーバー、本番稼働、およびハイパーケアに向けたシステムの準備状況を検証する。

【要件】

• 12以上のテスト経験（うちテスト管理経験6年以上、SAPテストプログラムでの実務経験5年以上）。
• SAPビジネスプロセスに関する深い知識と、大規模なSAPトランスフォーメーションイニシアチブのサポート経験。
• SAP S/4HANA、SAP Fiori、SAP BTP、各種連携機能、およびqTestの実務経験があることが望ましい。
• 日本語能力：ネイティブレベルまたはJLT N1レベル
• 英語能力：ビジネスレベル
