Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end presales activities for IT infrastructure deals, including requirement gathering to closure
- Design and propose scalable solutions across Cloud, Network, Cybersecurity, and related domains
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to build strong proposals and winning strategies
- Engage with clients (including Japanese stakeholders) to understand needs and provide effective solutions
- Support solution presentations, discussions, and deal closure processes
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Presales / Solutioning with exposure to large IT deals
- Strong knowledge in Cloud, Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace Services, ITSM (any 2 preferred)
- Experience working with Japanese clients or global stakeholders is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT (mandatory); Master’s is a plus
- Native Japanese (N1 can be considered) and Business-level English communication skills
