Job Description
The role is about understanding client business needs and designing suitable technology solutions within cloud and infrastructure environments while supporting proposal activities, customer engagement, and long-term business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze customer objectives, operational concerns, and technical expectations to define suitable solution approaches.
- Develop tailored proposals, cost estimates, and response documents for client inquiries, tenders, and procurement requests.
- Work closely with engineering teams across local and offshore functions to establish effective system configurations and solution designs.
- Deliver presentations and technical discussions to customers, clearly communicating proposed approaches and business value.
- Support sales activities through opportunity development, stakeholder coordination, negotiation assistance, and contract progression.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting solution proposals, technical consulting activities, or early-stage project planning within IT environments.
- Background in customer-facing technical engagements at a systems integration, technology services, or consulting organization.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, infrastructure environments, and operational support frameworks.
- Japanese Skills: Native or JLPT N1
- English Skills: Business
