The role is about leading group-wide technology transformation, strengthening security and governance, modernizing internal systems, and enabling scalable, efficient operations across a rapidly expanding and diverse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish enterprise technology direction and priorities.
• Strengthen security, access control, and IT standards.
• Manage system consolidation and cross-entity integration.
• Advance AI, SaaS, and process automation initiatives.
• Build and develop a high-performing IT organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading corporate IT or information systems functions.
• Track record in enterprise technology planning and governance development.
• Expertise with Secure Access Architecture, IdP and MDM environments.
• Experience supporting M&A technology integration or regulated IT environments.
• Native Japanese or JLPT N1 and Business English

【応募資格】

• 企業ITまたは情報システム部門のリーダーとして5以上の経験。
• 企業テクノロジーの計画策定とガバナンス構築における実績。
• セキュアアクセスアーキテクチャ、IdP、MDM環境に関する専門知識。
• M&Aにおけるテクノロジー統合、または規制対象IT環境のサポート経験。
• 日本語ネイティブレベルまたは日本語能力試験N1レベル、およびビジネス英語力。
