Job Description

This role involves working on mechanical design and supporting product development by coordinating between onsite and offshore teams. The position requires handling design-related changes and contributing to development processes using CAD tools.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the client’s semiconductor parts and product requirements.
• Act as the communication bridge between the onsite team and offshore team.
• Preferably has technical knowledge of semiconductor or similar industrial equipment (but not mandatory)
• Should be flexible and ready to handle urgent engineering design changes from clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in CAD (NX) 
• Working experience in New Product Development (NPD)
• Good to have experience in semi-conductor equipment
• Japanese language proficiency N3 or above
• English business level

このポジションは、機械設計業務に加え、オンサイトチームとオフショアチーム間の調整を通じて製品開発をサポートする役割を担います。設計変更への対応や、CADツールを用いた開発プロセスへの貢献が求められます。

職務内容：

• 顧客の半導体部品および製品要件を理解する。
• オンサイトチームとオフショアチーム間のコミュニケーションの橋渡し役を務める。
• 半導体または類似の産業機器に関する技術知識があれば尚可（必須ではありません）。
• 顧客からの緊急の設計変更にも柔軟に対応できること。

応募資格：

• CAD（NX）の使用経験
• 新製品開発（NPD）の実務経験
• 半導体製造装置に関する経験があれば尚可
• 日本語能力：N3以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
