Job Description

The role is about leading enterprise-wide testing for an S/4HANA rollout, coordinating international teams, maintaining quality standards, managing risks and defects, and ensuring successful delivery across business and technical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the overall testing approach for the S/4HANA rollout and ensure all major testing stages are properly covered.
• Bring regional teams together to coordinate testing schedules, priorities, resources and delivery targets.
• Connect business, functional, technical and project teams to handle testing needs, dependencies and issues effectively.
• Manage distributed testing teams and maintain a consistent approach across different locations.
• Review testing progress, defects and potential risks while promoting automation to make the testing process more efficient.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of ERP testing leadership experience, including 3+ years working on SAP S/4HANA rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and complete business processes within large-scale ERP environments.
• Experience with Tricentis Tosca or similar tools, SAP Solution Manager and test automation methods.
• Japanese skill: Native or JLPTN3 above
• English skill: Business

• S/4HANAロールアウトにおけるテストアプローチ全体を統括し、主要なテスト段階がすべて適切に網羅されるようにします。
• 地域チームをまとめ、テストスケジュール、優先順位、リソース、および納期目標を調整します。
• ビジネス、機能、技術、およびプロジェクトチームを連携させ、テストのニーズ、依存関係、および課題に効果的に対応します。
• 分散したテストチームを管理し、異なる拠点間で一貫したアプローチを維持します。
• テストの進捗状況、欠陥、および潜在的なリスクをレビューし、テストプロセスの効率化のために自動化を推進します。

【要件】

• ERPテストのリーダーシップ経験10以上（うちSAP S/4HANAロールアウトプロジェクト経験3年以上）。
• 大規模ERP環境におけるSAPモジュールおよびビジネスプロセス全体に関する深い理解。
• Tricentis Toscaまたは類似ツール、SAP Solution Manager、およびテスト自動化手法の使用経験。
• 日本語能力：ネイティブレベルまたはJLPTN3以上
• 英語能力：ビジネスレベル
