The role is about transforming complex data into practical business solutions through advanced analytics, scalable machine learning operations, and AI-driven initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of analytical and AI-focused projects.
• Design and optimize data structures, warehouse environments, and scalable data architectures to support business requirements.
• Deploy, maintain, and improve machine learning solutions within production environments while ensuring operational reliability.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data-driven solutions and communicate outcomes clearly.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to capability development across data and AI functions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in data science, data engineering, statistics, or mathematical analysis with a strong record of project ownership.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for developing and maintaining data processing and analytical solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles, schema architecture, and enterprise data warehouse concepts.
• Japanese Skills: Native Level or JLPT N2 above
• English Skills: Business
