Job Description

Overview:

This role focuses on leading the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered product solutions and autonomous agent capabilities. It includes building intelligent user-facing agents, enabling seamless end-to-end experiences, and making platform data and APIs easily accessible for AI models. It also involves developing internal AI tools that support business operations and decision-making through natural language interactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Making sure data is structured and optimized so AI systems can easily find and use it
• Leading AI-driven initiatives to improve user experience and business results
• Planning and managing the development of AI-based features from idea to launch
• Building tools that help teams manage operations and make better decisions
• Working closely with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver solutions

Requirements:

• Has experience in B2B2C product management with exposure to AI/ML products
• Understands AI data structures, APIs, and system integrations
• Experience in e-commerce or fintech or hospitality domains would be good
• Is outcome-driven with focus on business impact and performance metrics
• Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Has business-level English communication skills 
• Japanese language skills would be a plus
