Job Description

Looking for a strategic and execution-focused professional to lead AI-driven business initiatives across multiple departments. This role will play a key part in connecting business objectives with technology capabilities while driving measurable operational and business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine operational workflows and business pain points to create AI-centered improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and customer value 
• Lead coordination between technical specialists and internal business teams during the validation and development stages of AI-driven projects 
• Build business cases by assessing expected performance improvements and financial effectiveness of proposed AI initiatives 
• Drive the rollout of approved AI solutions into daily operations while supporting smooth internal adoption processes 
• Track post-launch business performance indicators and recommend refinements to maximize long-term operational results 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in product leadership, technology consulting, or comparable business-oriented technology functions 
• Proven ability to supervise multi-stakeholder initiatives involving technical experts and operational departments 
• Experience utilizing digital technologies or analytical approaches to address organizational or operational challenges 
• Familiarity with business applications of AI, machine learning, or generative AI technologies 
• Japanese skills : JLPT N1 or above
• English skills : Business

Good to Have:

• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within SaaS, web service, or e-commerce environments
• Hands-on experience with data handling or analytical tasks using SQL or similar tools
