Job Description

The role is about managing data center facilities, infrastructure, environmental conditions, technical teams, vendors, and daily operations while ensuring reliable and efficient facility performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily data center facility and NOC operations for stable and continuous service.
• Manage UPS, generators, PDUs, electrical distribution, cooling, and HVAC systems.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, power usage, and other environmental conditions.
• Manage vendors, contractors, facility technicians, and internal teams while supporting capacity planning and equipment installation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data center facility or infrastructure operations.
• Practical knowledge of data center power, cooling, HVAC, and environmental monitoring.
• Experience in risk management, vendor coordination, team supervision, and facility operations.
• Japanese skills - Native or JLPT N1
• English skills - Business

• 安定した継続的なサービス提供のため、データセンター設備およびNOCの日常業務を監督する。

• ベンダー、請負業者、設備技術者、および社内チームを管理し、キャパシティプランニングと機器設置をサポートする。

【応募資格】

• データセンター設備またはインフラ運用における5以上の経験。
• データセンターの電力、冷却、HVAC、および環境モニタリングに関する実務知識。
• リスク管理、ベンダー調整、チーム管理、および設備運用に関する経験。
• 日本語能力：ネイティブまたは日本語能力試験N1レベル
• 英語能力：ビジネスレベル
