The role is about supporting laboratory system implementation, workflow optimization, compliance activities, and integration initiatives to improve operational efficiency, data management, and digital transformation within regulated laboratory environments.”

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement discussions with laboratory stakeholders and translate operational needs into effective LIMS solutions
• Handle configuration activities including workflow setup, forms, reporting structures, access controls, and platform optimization
• Support implementation, enhancement, migration, and upgrade initiatives while ensuring smooth system performance
• Coordinate validation, testing, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution in alignment with regulated industry standards
• Work closely with QA, laboratory operations, IT teams, and external partners to improve integration and digital process efficiency

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience working with LIMS platforms such as Labware, STARLIMS, Lab Vantage, or Thermo Fisher Sample Manager
• Strong understanding of laboratory environments, compliance frameworks, validation processes, and regulated workflows
• Practical knowledge of SQL, database handling, and integration between LIMS and enterprise applications
• Ability to manage stakeholders, prepare documentation, and support system implementation activities effectively
• Japanese Skills: JLPT N3 or above
• English Skills: Business level
