Job Description
The role is about supporting enterprise applications and system integrations while ensuring stable daily operations within a Japan-based IT environment. It also involves coordinating with business and technical teams to support ongoing system improvements and future ERP transformation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support business-critical applications related to retail operations, ERP functions, and reporting environments.
- Handle incident resolution, user coordination, operational maintenance, and communication with external service providers.
- Oversee interface connectivity between local platforms and global systems while ensuring stable data exchange processes.
- Participate in integration planning activities including interface specifications, validation support, and SIT/UAT coordination.
- Maintain operational documents, workflow guidelines, and technical records to support long-term knowledge retention and process consistency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in application operations, business systems support, or integration management within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise solutions.
- Experience in interface design coordination, system testing activities, and data handling using tools such as Excel and Microsoft Access.
- Strong communication capability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Japanese skills: JLPT N3 or above
