Overview

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering:

  • Demonstrate exceptional requirement gathering techniques with minimal direction from
    engagement management
  • Design, conduct and facilitate requirements sessions
  • Organize and sequence requirements into a user requirements document
  • Write well-formed, validated requirements and manage changes

2. Analysis and Business case

  • Review and analyze relevant documentation to ensure the understanding of an organizations
    function and capabilities
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall
    business strategies. Work with the business and technical / system client stakeholder to
    understand the underlying technologies and systems
  • Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and assists in the creation of
    system specifications that drive system development and implementation
  • Expertise in both business and technical expertise

Must have skills and requirements:

  • Project Management – Planning and Tracking the projects from customer side
  • Bilingual Skills in Japanese (native or JLPT N1 level equivalent)
  • Insurance business domain experience
