このポジションは、組織のパフォーマンス向上、業務の近代化、そして新たなビジネスチャンスの創出を支援するデータおよびAIイニシアチブの策定・推進を担当します。

【主な職務内容】

• 新規顧客の獲得と既存顧客との関係強化を通じて、データおよびAIコンサルティング事業を拡大する。
• 上級ステークホルダーに対し、データ戦略、AI導入、ガバナンス、アナリティクス、ビジネストランスフォーメーションに関するアドバイスを提供する。
• 日本全土に広がる、コンサルタント、アーキテクト、エンジニアからなる熟練チームを構築・管理する。
• 主要プロジェクトを統括し、確実な成果物の提供、商業的な管理、品質管理、リスク管理を確保する。
• データおよびAI事業を強化するため、新たなサービス、パートナーシップ、市場戦略を策定する。

【応募資格】

• コンサルティング、テクノロジー戦略、データ、デジタルトランスフォーメーション、またはAI分野における15以上のリーダーシップ経験、および確か な事業成長実績。
• 多分野にわたるチームを率い、経営幹部を含む上級顧客との関係を構築・維持できる実績。
• Microsoft、AWS、Google、Microsoft Fabric、Lakehouseアーキテクチャ、最新のデータプラットフォーム、および生成AIに関する高度な技術的理解。
• 日本企業との協業経験、および日本のビジネス慣習と意思決定プロセスへの理解。
• 日本語能力：ネイティブ
• 英語能力：ビジネスレベル

The role is about shaping data and AI initiatives that help organisations improve performance, modernise operations, and create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow data and AI consulting business by securing new clients and expanding opportunities with existing accounts.
• Advise senior stakeholders on data strategy, AI adoption, governance, analytics, and business transformation.
• Build and manage a skilled team of consultants, architects, and engineers across Japan.
• Oversee major projects, ensuring strong delivery, commercial control, quality, and risk management.
• Develop new offerings, partnerships, and market strategies to strengthen the data and AI practice.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, data, digital transformation, or AI leadership, with a strong record of business growth.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage senior client relationships, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft, AWS, Google, Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse architectures, modern data platforms, and Generative AI.
• Experience working with Japanese enterprises and understanding of Japanese business practices and decision-making.
