このポジションは、国内外の事業部門と連携し、データに基づいた意思決定を主導することに重点を置いています。大規模データの取り扱い、分析を通じた事業戦略の支援、分析・設計からソリューション実装までのエンドツーエンドの実行推進などが含まれます。

主な職務内容：

• 事業KPIの策定と可視化
• データ分析に基づいた事業課題へのソリューション策定
• 事業拠点におけるデータ活用に関するガイダンス提供と分析環境の構築
• チームメンバーの成長支援

応募資格：

• SQLを用いたデータ処理およびデータ分析の実務経験2以上
• 事業部門へのインタビューに基づくKPI定義、分析結果に基づく改善策の提案、実装後の効果検証の主導経験
• 仮説構築から施策の優先順位付け、事業影響度の推定までの経験
• 分析結果をビジネス用語に翻訳し、提案を行い、プロジェクト推進のための合意形成を図る経験
• 日本語ネイティブまたは日本語能力試験N1レベル以上（応募可）

This role focuses on leading data-driven decision-making by working with business teams across domestic and international operations. It involves handling large-scale data, supporting business strategy through analysis, and driving end-to-end execution from analysis and design to solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and visualize business KPIs 
• Formulate solutions to business issues based on data analysis 
• Provide guidance on data utilization and develop an analysis environment for business sites 
• Support the growth of team members 

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of practical experience in data processing and data analysis using SQL 
• Experience in defining KPI from interviews to business units, proposing improvement measures based on analysis results, and leading verification of effects after implementation 
• Experience in working from hypothesis construction to prioritizing measures and estimating business impact 
• Experience in translating analysis results into business language, making proposals, and building consensus to move projects forward 
• Japanese Native or JLPT N1 can be considered
