The role is about creating intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile platforms while adapting global solutions for the Japanese market. You will collaborate with international teams to deliver user-focused designs that enhance usability, consistency, and overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create seamless UX and visually engaging UI solutions for web and mobile applications, from concept through final design deliverables.
• Convert business objectives and user insights into user-centric workflows, interactive prototypes, and polished interface designs using Figma.
• Partner with product, engineering, and localization teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented and tailored to Japanese user expectations.
• Support the complete product lifecycle through structured design hand-offs, usability validation, UI quality reviews, and continuous design improvements.
• Contribute to user research, A/B testing initiatives, and analytics-driven enhancements to optimize digital experiences.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design, including strong expertise in retail or e-commerce digital platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma with proven experience building wireframes, prototypes, production-ready interfaces, and working with enterprise design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, localization expertise, and collaboration within global cross-functional teams.
• Japanese Skills: Native or JLPT N1
• English Skills: Business

• ビジネス目標とユーザーインサイトを、Figmaを使用してユーザー中心のワークフロー、インタラクティブなプロトタイプ、洗練されたインターフェースデザインに変換します。
• 製品、エンジニアリング、ローカライズチームと連携し、デザインが正確に実装され、日本のユーザーの期待に応えられるよう調整します。
• 構造化されたデザインの引き継ぎ、ユーザビリティ検証、UI品質レビュー、継続的なデザイン改善を通じて、製品ライフサイクル全体をサポートします。
• ユーザーリサーチ、A/Bテスト、分析に基づいた改善に貢献し、デジタル体験を最適化します。

【応募資格】

• UX/UIまたはプロダクトデザインにおける5～10の実務経験。小売またはeコマースのデジタルプラットフォームに関する豊富な専門知識が必要です。
• Figmaの高度なスキルを持ち、ワイヤーフレーム、プロトタイプ、実用レベルのインターフェース構築、エンタープライズデザインシステムでの作業経験が豊富。
• ユーザー中心設計思考、ローカライゼーションに関する専門知識、グローバルなクロスファンクショナルチームでの協業能力を示す強力なポートフォリオ。
• 日本語スキル：ネイティブまたは日本語能力試験N1レベル
• 英語スキル：ビジネスレベル
