The role is about Platform Engineer to contribute to digital transformation initiatives and internal process optimization projects. The role focuses on creating scalable enterprise solutions, improving operational workflows, and supporting business applications in a collaborative technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance internal tools and operational platforms to support business process efficiency
• Handle automation flows, data connectivity, and integration activities between enterprise systems
• Contribute across multiple project phases including planning, implementation, verification, rollout, and ongoing enhancement tasks
• Create structured technical materials, support validation activities, and coordinate with users during review and acceptance stages
• Investigate system-related concerns, apply corrective actions, and provide post-deployment technical assistance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience within software or enterprise solution development environments
• Practical exposure to low-code platforms, Microsoft 365 ecosystems, and enterprise application technolo
• Familiarity with web-based systems, ETL operations, database-driven environments, and client-focused applications
• Japanese skill: Native or JLPT N1
