Job Description
Seeking an experienced IT Support Team Lead to oversee onsite IT operations and ensure smooth end-user support delivery within a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, client-facing communication skills, and hands-on technical expertise across desktop support, IT service management, and asset operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily onsite IT support activities, supervise support engineers, and maintain high service standards across assigned locations
- Act as the key point of contact for client communication, conduct service review meetings, and ensure SLA-driven support delivery
- Handle troubleshooting and support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, software applications, peripheral devices, and iOS devices
- Manage ticket allocation, incident handling, service requests, and ITSM-related processes while maintaining proper documentation and reporting
- Oversee hardware inventory, asset tracking, stock audits, equipment movement, vendor coordination, and onsite operational support activities
Requirements:
- Strong background in enterprise end-user support and technical support operations
- Prior experience managing or guiding onsite IT support members in a client-facing environment
- Practical expertise in service management workflows, incident handling systems, and SLA-driven support delivery
- Good understanding of asset tracking, inventory coordination, and foundational network support activities
- Japanese skill : Native or JLPT N1
- English skill: Business
