The role is about building and enhancing a scalable data foundation that enables secure, reliable, and efficient data utilization across multiple business functions. You will improve platform stability, automate operations, and establish standards that support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms and data integration workflows for multiple business units.
• Build reliable data models while improving data quality, governance, security, and access management across the environment.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and operational processes using code-based practices to improve consistency and maintainability.
• Support enterprise-wide data initiatives by establishing standardized platform operations and enabling advanced analytics and AI readiness.
• Continuously optimize platform performance, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability through modern engineering practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and operating enterprise data platforms with strong expertise in SQL, Python, cloud technologies, and Git-based collaborative development.
• Strong capability to build maintainable, scalable solutions using CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, data modeling, and cross-functional data integration is highly preferred.
• Ability to build reliable systems with a strong focus on security, operational excellence, and sustainable platform management.
• Japanese Skills: Native or JLPT N1.
• English Skills: Business level.

複数のビジネスユニット向けに、スケーラブルなデータプラットフォームとデータ統合ワークフローの設計、開発、保守を行います。

環境全体におけるデータ品質、ガバナンス、セキュリティ、アクセス管理を改善しながら、信頼性の高いデータモデルを構築します。

コードベースの手法を用いてインフラストラクチャのデプロイと運用プロセスを自動化し、一貫性と保守性を向上させます。

標準化されたプラットフォーム運用を確立し、高度な分析とAIへの対応を可能にすることで、全社的なデータイニシアチブを支援します。

最新のエンジニアリング手法を用いて、プラットフォームのパフォーマンス、運用効率、そして長期的な持続可能性を継続的に最適化します。

【要件】

エンタープライズデータプラットフォームの設計と運用における実績があり、SQL、Python、クラウドテクノロジー、Gitベースの共同開発に関する高度な専門知識を有していること。

CI/CDとインフラストラクチャ自動化を用いて、保守性と拡張性に優れたソリューションを構築できる高い能力を有していること。

データガバナンス、データ品質管理、データモデリング、および部門横断的なデータ統合に関する知識は非常に望ましい。

セキュリティ、運用効率、持続可能なプラットフォーム管理を重視した、信頼性の高いシステムを構築できる能力。

日本語能力：ネイティブレベルまたは日本語能力試験N1レベル。

英語能力：ビジネスレベル。
