The role is about managing international financial operations within a growing business environment. The role focuses on supporting strategic financial processes, maintaining regulatory alignment, and contributing to the organization’s global operational expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of global finance process improvement initiatives to support overseas business growth 
• Manage reporting and closing operations across multiple business entities while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance 
• Collaborate with external advisors and audit partners for smooth handling of accounting reviews, tax matters, and regulatory requirements 
• Monitor company-wide fund movement and support banking-related coordination for stable financial operations 
• Participate in strengthening operational controls and support finance-related integration activities during organizational expansion

Requirements:

• Prior experience handling corporate accounting and financial management responsibilities in a business environment 
• Exposure to international accounting practices or involvement in finance transformation projects 
• Good understanding of financial reporting, compliance procedures, taxation, and consolidation activities 
• Japanese skills: JLPT N1 or above
• English skills: business
