Job Description
This role is about supporting quality assurance and operational activities related to mobile technology and device-based projects. The position involves collaborating with multiple technical teams to assist with validation processes, issue analysis, environment supervision, and overall product stability across different project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and external technical stakeholders to oversee reported concerns and assist with timely follow-up activities
- Perform functional checks, validation support, and troubleshooting tasks for both existing and newly introduced products
- Maintain and supervise testing environments used for issue recreation, behavior analysis, and pre-release verification activities
- Prepare organized technical records including investigation summaries, validation outcomes, and operational documentation for future reference
- Support field-level verification work and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and project teams regarding technical updates and operational matters
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience within telecommunications, technical operations, system testing, or related support environments
- Practical experience working with Linux-based systems and technical investigation activities
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to manage technical challenges in a structured and detail-oriented manner
- Basic understanding of wireless communication technologies, mobile network concepts, and related operational processes
- Japanese skill: Native or JLPT N1
- Engish skill: Business
