Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify system requirements and use cases.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Analyze test results, identify bugs, and log defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Conduct performance testing, regression testing, and security testing to ensure robust deployment.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Provide risk assessments and recommendations for release readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Software QA or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

• ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation or Advanced)
• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent
