Work with project teams to translate customer requirements into solutions. Involves data mapping, ETL scripting, data validation, and resolving migration issues while coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work with project managers and business consultants to translate customer requirements into solutions 
• Create mappings and analyze data for data conversion 
• Create data maps, write ETL scripts, validate migrated data, and resolve issues 
• Communicate with client technical teams and business owners during design and implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge with experience in queries, joins, and aggregations 
• Experience writing transformation scripts and complex case statements
• Business-level English with ability to communicate technically 
• Japanese skills (JLPT N1 or above) to discuss complex issues with customers and handle technical terminology
