Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead ALM functional architecture and solution definition using PTC Codebeamer and conduct customer workshops and requirement elicitation 
• Define and implement end-to-end traceability frameworks and configure Codebeamer (trackers, workflows, fields, permissions) 
• Drive best practices in Requirements Management, Test Management, and Risk & Change Management across regulated environments 
• Collaborate with stakeholders, present ALM strategies to leadership, and support ALM tool migration initiatives 

Requirements:

• 12–15 years of experience with 5+ years in ALM environments and strong PTC Codebeamer experience (Requirements, Test, Risk, Traceability) 
• Hands-on experience in Codebeamer functional configuration and end-to-end traceability 
• Proven experience in customer workshops, stakeholder engagement, and strong communication skills 
• Japanese (JLPT N2 & above) 

Good to Have:

• Experience with ALM tools (Polarion, DOORS, Windchill RV&S, JAMA) and ALM tool migration 
• Awareness of compliance standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 62304) and exposure to PLM concepts
